Order states delivery for 12/08/16, after several calls trying to chase up order to be told order is with night-freight, then today 17-08-16 to be advised that someone from support will contact me within 48 hrs as the order has not been dispatched from the manufacture as of today. Although the ladies I spoke to are very polite, they have no enthusiasm to resolve any issues, only to say "I totally understand and have asked someone from support to deal with my problem and will be contacted in 48 hrs". My own stupid fault I should have read reviews. I have cancelled my order now waiting to see if funds will be returned withing 5 working days as they stated?????. luckily via credit card therefore protected... I will defiantly NOT be using this company again.
