I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. I received my wooden coffee table badly damaged and have been repeatedly emailing asking for either a replacement or refund but despite the 'message' stating they would get back to you within 72 hours I have had no response. I would like to have given a zero star rating but unfortunately was unable to. Does this company realise that without customers they would not exist. Many, many of their customers are extremely unhappy with their service and would not purchase from them again or recommend to anyone. if they keep on like this they will shoot their selves in the foot. All this coffee table is fit for is very expensive firewood.
