I'm not sure how much Sanctuary can do about this but the delivery driver just dumped the massive pallet with the shower enclosure and tray in front on my garage even though my daughter asked him to bring it down the path. This was apparently too much of a hardship to drive his van to the garden gate (25m away) and wheel the pallet down to the front door. Pretty poor service after waiting approximately 2 weeks for a delivery date.
