Placed an order with Sanctuary because they had what we needed at a cheaper price than elsewhere. The website said delivery was within 7 to 10 days when I placed the order, but it was over a week until my order was even acknowledged. It eventually arrived after a couple of weeks of placing the order. Due to unfortunate circumstances with our builders, it wasn't apparent that they had sent us the wrong lever with the toilet until a couple of months after delivery. Obviously this was partly our fault for not properly checking everything when it was delivered (the house was a mess due to the works), so I contacted their customer services email over a fortnight ago to see if we could get this resolved and have not yet had a response. If they were better at responding to their customer service emails, they'd get 4 stars. EDIT: Richard from Sanctuary contacted me following this review and confirmed it had been sent. Turns out the builders had it, put it aside, and didn't tell me about it. Slightly embarrassing but the issue is now resolved, and have upped to 4 stars.
