I had used Sewing Studio online for a few years and popped in while on holiday in Cornwall. I looked at machines, had an explanation and personal demonstration from a lovely lady(sorry I can't remember her name) and assistance in ordering and paying for my machine to be delivered when we got home. Sure enough I received an email on Tuesday and my machine was delivered on Wednesday. I will continue to use them for fabric and definitely pop in next time i am down, all 545 miles away!
