I bought pair shoes for my 6 year old.
She wore them to school only one day. She complained the Velcro fastener kept opening whilst waking a short distance and she was frustrated because she had to stop and keep fastening them. I like went to exchange them for a different fastener type them of shoe. I was told very rudely by a store assistant that she thinks there was nothing wrong with them whilst she was tugging at the fastner She said she will send the shoes to the production team and they would decide if they are faulty. I feel I was treated unfairly. I said to the assistant that tugging at the strap fastener once or twice is not gonna make it open. But walking after a good few minutes does. She was very rude. I still bought a new pair of shoes obviously my daughter needed them for school…but have still not received a refund of faulty shoes.
I know next time not to buy from Wynsors I will be going to citizens bureau.
