I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them,but I’m afraid I won’t be shopping there anymore because of my last experience.I bought two same items,because the price dropped down,and returned first one.But YOOX refunded me for wrong order,second(with lower price).They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile!I wrote to Customer service,their responses were some generic copy-paste answers,and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me,with the correct amount,but days have passed and nothing happened.I wrote them again,but they have ignored several of my e-mails.Very unprofessional and disappointing.Hard to imagine they don’t mind losing their loyal customers.
After I left a review on Trustpilot,customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item.I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem?They didn’t respond,but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference).I decided to return both of those same items I bought,but I can’t because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves,so when I try to open it,it says I can’t return any more item(and I haven’t returned any).I wrote to Customer care again,and they asked me for photos of item and code.Although I didn’t see point of that,I sent them.After that no response again for days,and ignoring my e-mails.I can’t believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.
