Customer service lies about refund. At 13 January 2021 yoox received the returned item. They state several times that the refund has been processed which is not true. They first state that it takes ten business days before it is shown on the account and then suddenly it is stated that ‘ the transfer has failed’. Totally unacceptable and contrary to yoox own general conditions. It is now 18 February and I will do whatever I can to expose Yoox’ s consumer policy!
