I was a customer of YOOX for three years and made a number of purchases. I recently purchased a pair of shoes that were shown as a size 13 on their site. It was a last item purchase. When I received the shoes, they were clearly not a size 13 (too small). When I looked at the box, the size was covered in black marker and there was a sticker with 12 on it instead. I sent pictures of the box and shoes to YOOX Support, and they said the size was correct and there was nothing they could do. How could they determine the size without the shoes and why was the size covered by black marker on the box? As a long standing and active customer, I was surprised by their response. I am no longer a customer.
