I had a terrible experience with YOOX, and I feel completely let down as a customer. I ordered a jacket in XL, but they sent the wrong size (M). I followed their return process and dropped it off at a UPS location, where I got a receipt for proof. Two weeks later, instead of getting my refund, YOOX claimed I returned an item not bought from their website, which is absolutely untrue.
To make things worse, they sent me a package with judo uniforms I never ordered or returned. When I called to sort it out, they insisted this is what I sent them. I even asked UPS to verify what I dropped off, but they refused to cooperate. Now, I’m left without my jacket, without my money, and stuck with something I didn’t order.
This whole situation has been frustrating and exhausting, and YOOX hasn’t done anything to fix their mistake. I can’t recommend ordering from them after this experience.
