I strongly advise against shopping on YOOX. I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with them, and their customer service is just as bad as their quality control.
On more than one occasion, I received items that were completely unwearable—either damaged, defective, or in awful condition. To make matters worse, I also received the wrong product twice in a row. One time, they didn’t even bother to respond to my complaint, and the other time, their only “solution” was for me to send it back, with no real attempt to fix their mistake or offer proper compensation.
For a company selling designer goods, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere!
