When you google Yoox there seem to be mixed reviews out there. Some folks say they sell fake good and are not a real company, which is simply not true. I have been shopping with yoox for a few years now and have had no issues. There free delivery (over £100) and free returns works seamlessly via UPS couriers - a very straightforward process. All and all I've been very satisfied with Yook's quality of products and service. Not sure what's gone wrong for others to give such scathing reviews but thought I'd share my positive experience to provide some balance.
