I went through Love Holidays for a holiday in Crete. They unfortunately use You Travel. Disgusting treatment we had at the Bali Beach Hotel. Had only 3 instead of 6 people booked. Booked for sea views 1st room that we all had to sleep over looking road. Our room for 3 which we got next day looking at trees. Blood on bed linen on 1st room. No towels and dirty. Various other complaints regarding staff and Manager. Trying for compensation Youtravel do not seem to wont to know.
