DISASTROUS CLIENT SERVICE. Apparently there was still an old address in the Zooplus system, while I had moved to another country. It was not made clear during the process of ordering my cat food, where the order was going, it just asked whether the bill and order had to be sent to the same address, which I confirmed. I only discovered that the order was going to the wrong address AFTER it had been placed. I contacted the company within minutes, but they refused to do anything at all and basically told me to sort it out myself. This is not customer service! A decent company like Amazon will let you cancel or change if there is a clear error.
My order is now going to the wrong country, 130 km away.
What a disastrous company! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
