We have half a house of Pella windows and a door, which we love. We are ready to get the second half done. Mike came to do the estimate, got right to business, and respected my time. He was extremely responsive and helpful, and reinforced my confidence in the Pella product, again, while sticking to what I wanted, not trying to upsell or oversell me.
