We wanted to replace a few windows and a sliding door. I spoke with Michael Inglese, and since I already had measurements, he gave me a detailed quote in 30 minutes - he made that look easy. While showrooms remained closed for Covid, I relied on Mike for his expertise and product knowledge. At times I felt like I was asking too many questions, but Mike returned my calls and text messages right away. Mike also has a keen understanding of the installation process, and that put me at ease - a gentleman! On the scheduled date, Mike (a different Mike) the Installation Contractor arrived for what was to be a one-day job. I tend to be particular about things like this, but Mike, his son Nico and his crew blew me away at the attention to detail, craftsmanship and professionalism. The job took longer than a day, but with Mike it wasn't about time, it was about getting the job done right. He treated our home like it was his own. Wow! What an amazing experience!
