Although I have not gotten my windows and doors installed yet and cannot comment on the actual product, I can comment on the superior service we received from Mike. Mike is knowledgable, patient and hardworking. I am not the easiest customer to deal with and ask a lot of questions. Having been with the company for so long, Mike was able to answer all of my questions or quickly find out the answer. He did not pressure us with any sleazy sales tactics and allowed us to take the time to figure out what really worked for our home. Whenever I contacted Mike, he was extremely responsive and helpful. I plan to go to Mike for all of my future window and door needs. He was truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend to anyone looking to make changes in their home
