I live in Babylon and I had my windows installed throughout my house about a month ago. I have to say that my experience was exceptional with Pella. I was nervous that it would be a very hectic job but the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. My salesman Patrick Gonzalez was very professional and honest. The scheduling of the installation was very clear and happened when they said it was going to. The Pella installation team was very clean and organized. They cleaned everything up when they were done and made sure I was happy before getting in their car to leave. Overall a great experience with
