I had a wonderful experience with A-1 on what I think was a complicated job because my house was actually constructed (with stone) around the double front door I was replacing. The salesman, Jack Gerdes, was on top of all these details, making certain that the installers were resolving unanticipated issues. The installers were very nice and thorough in their explanations and conscientious about their work, obviously committed to getting the job done well and Jack followed up with them and me repeatedly to make sure I was satisfied.
