isa was very friendly from the moment i talked to her on the phone until she came over to the house. She was very helpful and pleasant in person. She showed me different options and suggested the best choice for my house. She made the whole process stress free and easy. She laid out exactly what was going to take place and when. Install day came and i must say that Albert and his team was equally friendly and professional. They showed up at the time they said they were going to. I was very happy with the whole experience. There was just a small scratch on one of the windows that my husband noticed when he got home. I called Lisa without any hesitation and she immediately took care of this small issue without any complaints. My husband and I are very pleased with how the windows came out. I have to give a lot of credit and praise to Lisa S. for making this purchase worry free and to Albert and his team for the great install. Definitely will recommend to friends and family in case they need new windows.
