We didn’t realize that our windows had a lifetime warranty and were thrilled to be able to replace 5 windows which had incurred seal failure over the years. The representative (Yvette) was always courteous and professional and responsive to our emails.
John came to replace the windows and he was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. He replaced them quickly and helped us assess a 6th window which needed to be replaced!
