Not just "same day" service . . . I got SAME HOUR service! The technician was prompt, polite and technically skilled. He went right to work and had my slider operating to factory spec in less than an hour. He noticed that the handle was loose and fixed that, too. The parts and service were well worth the price I paid. I would gladly recommend A1.
