I had a terrible experience with AND plumbing company in Jacksonville, FL I was charged $350 just to replace a washer on my bathroom faucet—an outrageous price for such a simple repair. To make matters worse, when I later needed to replace the stem, Supervisor Thomas refused to provide me with the brand and part number, making it nearly impossible to get the correct replacement part. He said if want that information will cost you $750 more. This kind of behavior is shady and irresponsible. A professional company should be transparent and helpful, not overcharge customers and withhold basic information. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay away.
