I had purchased two personalized sketchbooks for granddaughters beginning of December. They arrived promptly and the pencil sleeve was flawed on one and the other the printing was off. I reached out by phone to customer service and they immediately offered to send out replacements or give my money back. I opted for replacements. They reshipped two days later. Although they arrived 2 days after Christmas because of weather they are just as pictured on the site and I look forward to giving to my Granddaughters. Thank you AGP
