I ordered a personalized art kit and five personalized sketch pads for my grandson for Christmas. All items were received prior to the holidays, and I was pleased with them. Some of the sketch pads had pouches holding the colored pencils that were not totally sealed. I just put a piece of packing tape on each defective pouch, and the problem was solved. On Christmas Eve, I received five more sketch pads, and when I notified the company, I was told I don't need to pay for them. There was a mixup in my order, and the company informed me that I would be getting a refund. This company went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with their products and service.
