I placed an order on December 1 expecting delivery before Christmas. I reach out on December 15 to ask about my order and if it's on its way. I am told that the product has been made, but it hasn't been given to the shipper yet, and I am promised that I will receive it before Christmas weekend. The next day I get an email advertisement stating it's the last chance to order to get it on time for Christmas, but what about my order placed on December 1? Then I get another email from another person in customer service days later stating that they are not sure when my order will arrive, so by this time I am totally confused because I was promised before Christmas. Not an unreasonable request when the order was placed 24 days prior. I waited and waited and Christmas comes and goes, and I am gift less. I then email customer service and tell them to refund my order. After I do that, they send me a delivery confirmation and that it's been shipped now. At this point, I am furious. I contact them via their new chat option and tell them what's been going on and did not like the communication. They agree to refund the order immediately, and they did. I appreciate them making it right. However, the order had already been shipped...their mistake. When it arrived, one of the personalized mugs I ordered came broken in pieces. I couldn't give it as a gift anyway. )-:
