I ordered 3 gifts for family, the package was lost in the mail and no one would offer assitance until it had been lost for a week. Once the week had passed up, I asked if they could reship the order as one of my gift was already later and they told me that everything was sold out and they could only offer a refund. The very next day I checked the website and everything was in stock. Very disappointed and will not order again from this site.
