It took 4-5 phone calls to finally receive my home insurance policy and road care policy.
Every time I phoned I was told it would be sent by recorded delivery the next day. After that phone call I waited at home all Friday and Saturday and no policies were delivered. They eventually were sent by normal delivery 7 days later. This is the first time I have been with your company and it does not give me any confidence. If you cannot even send my paperwork when promised what will happen if I have to call on you to make a claim.
