James at Salisbury branch was my first contact with A-Plan in 2011. We were moving to UK from Australia and needed some advice whilst our house purchase was going through and before leaving Aus. James was extremely helpful and as well as household and contents insurance we also took out motor vehicle insurance through A-Plan. We moved back to Australia for 1 year and are now in Warwickshire and A-Plan have found us a great household policy with Legal & General. We are about to have our car registered and will also insure it through A-Plan. Unfortunately, we recently had a fire in our back yard close to the house, and again A-Plan have been there for us each time we rang for help with the claim.
