i required several quotes over a week while i tried to buy my new 4x4 the lady that delt with me was very friendly and understanding at the multiple quotes and even emailed me so i could get back to work as it was lunch time. every time i spoke to her i was remembered by name and my situation was also remembered. it was a very persional service and i did not feel lost in some large call centre . ive just looked back at my email and the person in perticuler is Kirsty Wheeler at
