Having taken out Motor and Home insurance with A Plan in the space of two week, I subsequently received two phone calls (on one of the occasions the day after purchase) asking me if I'd like to buy motor and home insurance as my contracts were up for renewal!
I hope that if I need to claim, they know what's going on between the different departments. Poor on the credibility stakes...
