I ordered photo frames on two different orders and different dates. Both times the delivery was prompt and the goods arrived well packaged. Unfortunately on my second order the packaging had been damaged on delivery and therefore the glass in the frame was broken. I emailed A1 and received an immediate apology and enquiry to whether I wanted a full refund or replacement goods. As the frame itself was exactly as the picture and met my expectations I opted for the replacement. Again this was received by return. A very impressive customer service.
