I ordered a personalised silver train with my first tooth and my first curl carriages but when it came the front wheel was broken and the name spelt wrong. I emailed A1 and they said no problem, they would send me out a replacement that very day and not to send the other one back, which saved me having to pay postage. It arrived the next day. It was disappointing that it was wrong in the first instance but it was rectified immediately, quickly and efficiently.
