I have revised my review in light of the goods now having arrived, which wasn't the case when the first review was written. It would appear the delivery company Evri misplaced the order despite A1 Detailing despatching it the same day I placed it. I contacted A1 to say the goods hadn't been received & presumably they followed it up with Evri who finally discovered where it was. Took ten days to arrive. Karl at A1 kindly offered a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill.
