I honestly can’t understate the exceptional customer service from both A1 and their supplier, Rockymounts. I purchased a bike rack (which is absolutely perfect btw and so superior to the alternatives double the price) which arrived quickly, although had some issues with the light bar with my car registering light faults. A1 communication was excellent with myself and the supplier and sorted a solution without hesitation. Simply the best CX I have had in 10+ years! I can’t thank you enough for the follow through.
