Item took longer than the 5-7 business days to despatch (took 14 total days, inc. the business days) however I am prepared to shift my focus on the Excellent service: I ordered the wrong rack, so I am in the process of arranging return shipping, which I have accepted to wear the cost (unfortunately). That said my communications and the correspondence I received from Emerson has been really good. There is still an unknown (cost) about the condition of the item being inspected by warehouse staff upon receipt of the returned item so will see what they (A1) say on a re-stocking fee (if applicable). Else, my entire experience has been excellent.
