I rang for a taxi from a pretty central part of Bath. It took 10 minutes until my call was answered and a taxi still hadn’t been dispatched after nearly an hour of waiting so had to cancel. I had used them a year or so ago and was fine but every time I’ve tried to use them recently the waiting time is ridiculous.
