The company became absolutely useless in the past few months. Booked a taxi for specific time in advance and the taxi turned up 30 minutes late and at times the waiting time is 2 hours as they have not got car available at all. Some of the staff who are organising the taxi are VERY RUDE and not even able to send the taxi to the correct place as driver went to wrong adress a few times because they got wrong details. Had to walk home few times in a rain, wind with big shopping bags and with a 6 years old. Also beeing late from appointment becausw of the service.Absolutely disgusted about the company. Should be closed down as they are not able to cover what is needed.... and they says on their website they are the most professional and reliable company with excellent advance booking 🤣🤣🤣🤣. It is a joke to be honest. Thanks for them to encourage and motivate me to do my own licence.
