We got regular update emails. I am so in love with this necklace. It’s subtle, dainty, good quality, and brings me so much happiness. Whilst I obviously hadn’t needed to use it, a friend has said their customer service is outstanding, replacing jewellery a year old that had somehow got a bit tarnished.
