I have been buying regularly for the last year. I eat a vegan & gluten free diet. Although I don’t buy clothes containing animal products, I am comfortable with the wool packaging as the company obviously tries very hard to provide ethical, recyclable packaging. I have had no problems except at Christmas with their mince pies. Having had them regularly for weeks, they were suddenly very poor quality. I rang immediately and was immediately refunded. It’s very sad there have been so many bad reviews. I would highly recommend.
