Been waiting over 6 months for them to fit flue correctly. Called and sent emails but all ignored. Terrible service. Don’t use this company. Got holes in my walls that I can’t fix as Scottish Gas say they can’t service as flue is not fitted correctly. This doesn’t even cover the holes in my walls that weren’t thought out and are not equidistant across the wall.
So disappointed by lack of professionalism and courtesy of response.
