Everything went smoothly until we turned up at the parking barrier at the airport. On pressing the button to raise the barrier no ticket was issued. We guessed that the booking code might be required to exit the parking.
Upon return from our trip (5th July) when we tried to exit the parking we were asked for a ticket, which we didn't have. We phones for assistance at the barrier and the operator insisted that we should have one, which we didn't. My wife went to speak to the operator - a very rude and unhelpful woman who refused to give her name when asked - who insisted that we were given a ticket on entrance - which we weren't - and grudgingly issued a new one.
For £99, this was terrible service especially after having returned from Florida where people were falling over themselves trying to help you.
