Booking the car park (on-line) was very easy. The car park itself is well lit and very convenient for the terminal. One thing, however, did mar the experience. I missed the entrance to the car park on first pass because signs to it mentioned "Short Stay", as does this survey. I would consider that a week is a long stay and so was looking for another entrance. Nevertheless, this was not a problem as, when there was no other entrance visible, I knew I could do another circuit and enter your car park. Imagine my surprise, therefore, when I was charged £1 for this mistake - just to exit the road and drive around to the car park entrance - not the most auspicious start to our holiday!
