My booking and pre-payment "disappeared" from the system, so rather than saving time I had to go to the booth, where the very helpful assistant had to go through a long and time consuming process to get me out of the car park at the fee I had already paid.
Luckily I took a copy of the confirmation otherwise i have no idea how long it would have taken.
