When I returned the normal bus was not operating and taxi minibus was operating - but there was no notice and the driver didn't say anything. So it was only after 20 mins and the second tie he came round that I realised what was going on.... a real waste of time. It would be good to stick a notice up when this happens or instruct the driver to be a bit more loud / notceable.
