Generally good experience. I have always found the shuttle bus drivers very helpful but on the return from our trip I thought the driver quite difficult - it was raining very heavily and he didn't offer to stop as we passed our car but continued to the official stop some distance away & we got soaked. Whilst I'm sure he was sticking to the "rules" it was not particularly friendly nor helpful
