This is a good deal however there are not clear instructions on how to use your booking on the website. on approaching the barrier you need to wait for license plate recognition however this takes a while and in the meantime the temptation is to press the button. In doing so you are then issued with a ticket and can still park however you then need to take your ticket to the ticket office before leaving. Mistakes could be greatly reduced by clear notification on the website about the process for using your booking.
