Although the overall service is good. I have a number of issues I would raise. I use the car park frequently and on more than one occasion, I have driven in and the bus has been at the stance. But the time I parked and made my way for the bus, it had left. The driver cannot fail to see a car coming in and should wait. Secondly, why is the bus not aligned with the flight arrival. It seems that I always have to call for the bus. Lastly, I was born in Aberdeen and at times have become embarrassed by the frumpiness of the drivers. Politeness and a smile would go some way to making me fell at home
