I booked on line and got into the carpark no problem, came back late, knackered just wanting home, then i went to the barrier inserted the card, thinking breeze i am prepaid all good. Alas the system did not recognise my car, and having a tail back behind me, i had to wait for a polite gent to try and soprt me out, reference codes all provided.
So my experience was poor, so saving on line was offset with hassle at the end of a long tiring day.
