Locating the facility to book Priority Security on your website is abysmal. Each time I have to google "Aberdeen priority security" and follow the link rom there. Why don't you have an easier link on your website - it really is shockingly bad. Once booked it works quite well ............ but maybe you should look at introducing some order to your security area anyway - I've been travelling every week for the last 6 years and when its quiet you can cope but busy times are chaotic ........... you need to get someone with a sense of organisation and not treat your customers as hindrances to your daily routine.
